Hannah Whittall, RP(Q)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Art Psychotherapist
How I work
I am happy to help people from all walks of life. I can help you develop self-esteem, establish self-care practices, and find confidence in who you are. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or life in general, we can work together to help you move towards a happier, more fulfilling life. I have worked with many neurodivergent adults and teens, elderly people struggling with dementia or Alzheimer’s, caregivers, and young adults trying to find their way. LGBTQ+ welcome!
Biography
I am a Professional Canadian Art Therapist, meaning I use creative processes to help facilitate self-exploration and understanding. If you are struggling with the past, present, or thoughts of the future, you may have a really hard time talking about it. Art therapy is a gentle way of expressing everything you need to without having to divulge all of your innermost thoughts, feelings, and secrets. Don’t be afraid of the word “art” – scribbles, messes, and more are welcome here!
