Therapy was always a simple place for me: two chairs, two people, and a clock. As a client, I was humbled by what was possible here – how it felt to show up, as is, and allow myself to be seen and heard without judgment. When I became a therapist myself, I wanted this for my clients – to give them a place and a relationship where they could be at ease, just the way they are.
As the founder of Blue Rabbit Therapy, I wanted to not only create a team of quality therapists who show up wholeheartedly with their clients but also build an organization that supports authentic, relational work.
Brilliant therapy is actually just well informed and properly supported. As therapists, we simply cannot sustain good, ethical work in isolation. Therapy looks like a job we do alone, but the truth is, we rely on a team to do it well.
So I decided to create one – a good one. I assembled a hand-picked, carefully curated team of therapists I personally want to work with, in the hope that you will enjoy working with them too.
