MSc, Registered Psychotherapist
Biography
With more than a decade of experience, I am all about helping adults navigate the challenges of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burnt out. My approach is rooted in creating a warm, compassionate, and client-centered environment for folks to accept themselves while also challenging old stress responses that are no longer working.
You may come to therapy with a goal in mind, or we can create goals together. In therapy we can work on improving communication, strengthening boundaries, and building healthy relationships. I use EMDR therapy to help process trauma and shift unhelpful patterns.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, but I make the process as comfortable as possible. In a free 15-minute phone/video chat, we can discuss your concerns and explore whether my therapeutic style aligns with your needs.
